Enhanced Sense Living offers digital content and reflective guidance. This policy explains how refunds and returns are handled.

Digital Products

Digital products (including downloadable guides, PDFs, or other digital content) are non-returnable and non-refundable once access has been provided.

This is because digital content cannot be returned in the same way as a physical product.

If you experience a technical issue accessing a digital product, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Guidance Services

Reflective guidance is a time-based, personalised service.

Once a guidance session or cycle has begun:

  • Payments are non-refundable

If you have concerns or exceptional circumstances, you are encouraged to get in touch. Each situation will be considered thoughtfully and in good faith, but refunds cannot be guaranteed.

Physical Products (If Applicable)

If physical products are offered in the future, the following will apply:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase

  • Items must be unused and returned in their original condition

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • The customer is responsible for the item until it is received safely

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us so the issue can be resolved.
