Help Test a New Reflection Cycle

I’m developing a new Enhanced Sense Living Reflection Cycle and looking for a small number of people to test its first part.

The first part uses a written form to look closely at one situation in your life. By answering my questions, you create a clearer picture of what is happening and what the situation may be showing you.

What Does It Involve?

If you are invited to take part, I will email you a written Reflection Cycle form containing a series of questions about a situation in your life.

You can be as specific as you wish and only need to include details you feel comfortable sharing. Once you have completed the form, I will send you a written response intended to help you understand what your situation is showing you.

Afterwards, I will ask you for some brief feedback about the questions and your experience of the process.

Who Can Take Part?

You do not need to have read the Enhanced Sense Living book or know much about ESL. You only need to have a situation you would like to understand more clearly and be willing to reflect on it in writing.

There is no charge for taking part in this test.

Share Only What Feels Comfortable

You decide how much detail to include. You do not need to use people’s full names or share anything you would prefer to keep private. Your answers will not be published or shared without your permission.
